Aramex to Implement Demand Surcharge from September 10th, 2024
To address the growing shipping volumes and increased demand for capacity, Aramex will implement a Demand Surcharge starting on 10th September 2024. It will be applicable to all shipments, including both documents and parcels, and will be calculated at a rate of HKD per kilogram based on the destination of the shipment.
Please note that the surcharge amounts and the dates of application may be adjusted throughout the demand period at Aramex's discretion, with any changes communicated in advance.
💡The surcharges will apply to shipments picked up by Aramex on or after September 10,2024. If your shipment is created prior to this period but is dispatched to Aramex on or after September 10, 2024, the demand surcharges will still be applicable.
