Small Package: A maximum weight of 20kg, with individual package dimensions not exceeding 130cm on any one side and a total combined dimension (length, width, and height) of 200cm.Large Package: A maximum weight of 300kg, with individual package dimensions not exceeding 450cm on any one side and a total combined dimension (length, width, and height) of 600cm.
Next Day Door to Self-Pickup Lockers/Store in Hong Kong
Cainiao operates over 500 self-pickup locations, offering customers a shipping cost savings of 20-30% compared to door-to-door delivery. This service is designed for single parcel pickups only.
Self-Pickup Lockers: the maximum weight allowed is 3kg, and package dimensions must not exceed 39cm x 19cm x 41cm.Self-Pickup Stores: can accommodate parcels weighing up to 20kg, with total combined dimensions (length, width, and height) not exceeding 200cm.

For packages delivered to self-pickup store, customers are required to collect their items within three working days of availability. After this period, a storage fee of HKD 12 per package per day will be charged, with a maximum retention period of four additional working days. For packages delivered to self-pickup lockers, customers must collect them within 48 hours of being placed in the locker. After the deadline, the package will be returned to the Cainiao distribution center. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery surcharge will apply. The re-delivery fee for door-to-door service is HKD 33, and any overdue fees must be paid separately. The re-delivery fee for self-pickup lockers or stores is HKD 22, with any overdue fees also needing to be paid separately. |

Undeliverable Arrangement
⚠️For undeliverable shipments, users can choose to request re-delivery, change the delivery method, or return the package to their own warehouse. During the temporary storage period at the Cainiao logistics center, users should remind the recipient to collect or receive the goods according to the instructions to avoid incurring additional handling fees. If the storage duration reaches 30 working days, Cainiao reserves the right to dispose of the package without providing any proof of disposal to the shipper or recipient. Users will not be entitled to seek any compensation from Cainiao.
