Service Options

China Post - EMS: This service facilitates shipping from South China to the United States and is capable of handling sensitive items, including product with battery, cosmetics and liquids (up to 250ml).

Chargeable Weight

The minimum charge is based on 0.05 kg. Spaceship will charge based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = W x L x H cm/8000. Spaceship will charge based on the nearest 50g (rounded-up).

Transit Time

Shipping to the United States typically takes between 7 to 12 business days, with extra time required for delivery to remote locations.

Delivery Coverage Limitation

It does not provide service to the following addresses:

APO/FPO military addresses / DPO/ Puerto Rico (zip codes 090-099, 340, 962-966)
Hawaii and Guam (zip codes 995-999)
Alaska (zip codes 967-969)

Size Limitation

This channel does not accept irregularly shaped items (including cylindrical packages, triangular cross-sections, and packaging with protruding parts).

For shipment weighing up to 0.453 kg:
1. one side must be ≤ 38 cm (exceeding this will be rejected).
For shipment weighing over 0.454 kg:
1. minimum dimensions 15×10×2 cm
2. longest side ≤ 55 cm
3. length + 2×width + 2×height ≤ 210 cm
The maximum dimensions are 55×40×25 cm (additional fees apply if any side exceeds this); packages with the longest side exceeding this cannot be accepted.

Customs Clearance

Shipments are processed under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms. The shipping cost includes the applicable tariffs for small parcels entering the United States. However, please be aware that items valued over USD 200 cannot be accepted for this service.

Please accurately fill out the product information, including but not limited to the product name, value, quantity, destination country HS Code, weight, and other details. Ensure that the declared information is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any delays, customs holds, additional taxes, or penalties resulting from U.S. Customs re-evaluation will be your responsibility.

Undeliverable Arrangement

If parcel is not successfully delivered, return or redelivery service will not be provided.
