Address Correction Fee
If the shipping address is found to be incorrect or incomplete and the recipient makes the necessary corrections directly with USPS, an additional fee of HKD110 per package will be incurred.
Size and Weight Surcharge
Oversize parcel handling fee
An additional fee of HKD 50 will be charged for each shipment that exceeds any of the following dimensional criteria:
- Length (longest side) greater than 55 cm
- Width (second longest side) greater than 40 cm
- Height (shortest side) greater than 25 cm
- Length + 2 × (Width + height) greater than 150 cm
Extra large parcel handling fee
An additional fee of HKD2400 will be charged for shipments where the total measurement, calculated as (length + 2 x (width + height)), falls between 210 cm and 274 cm.
Irregular packaging fee:
This service cannot accommodate items with irregular shapes, such as cylindrical packages, triangular cross-sections, or any packaging that has protruding parts. For shipments that do not meet standard shape criteria, an additional fee of HKD250 will apply.
