Christmas 2025 Shipping Cut-Off Times

To receive your order on or before 23 December, please ensure your parcels reach our Hong Kong warehouse by the cut-off dates below.

*“Target delivery date” means the carrier’s first delivery attempt to the destination address under normal operating conditions.

Please arrange your own upstream shipping so that parcels are received, scanned, and checked into our Hong Kong warehouse by the cut-off date for your selected service.
Orders that arrive after the cut-off dates can still be shipped, but delivery on or before 23 December is not recommended and may not be achievable.

Delivery times are estimates only and are based on normal customs and carrier operations in both origin and destination countries.
These Christmas cut-off dates do not apply in situations where shipments experience significant delays at customs, including customs holds, inspections, regulatory checks, or clearance backlogs.
Any additional time required for customs procedures, payment of duties/taxes, or resolution of compliance issues is outside our control and may extend delivery beyond 23 December, even if the warehouse cut-off was met.

Ship early where possible, especially for high‑value, regulated, or sensitive items that are more likely to be inspected by customs.
Ensure all documentation (invoice, product description, HS code, value, receiver details) is accurate to reduce the risk of customs delays.
If your shipment is time‑critical, choose express services (FedEx / UPS) and avoid last‑day cut-off submissions to allow additional buffer
