Out of Delivery Area Surcharge(ODA)

Malaysia:

1st 500gm - HK$50.0 / Add 500gm - HK$18.0 for delivery to Sabah, Sarawak, Langkawi, Kota Bahru
Philippines:

1st 500gm - HK$50.0 / Add 500gm - HK$18.0 for delivery to locations outside of Metro Manila City
Thailand:

1st 500gm - HK$50.0 / Add 500gm - HK$18.0 for delivery to locations outside of Bangkok City,
Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samutprakarn.
Australia:

HK$150.0 per shipment or HK$6.0 per kg applies, whichever is greater.

Other countries:

Out of delivery Area Surcharge may apply. HK$226 per shipment or HK$4.5 per kg applies whichever is greater. 

Address Correction

For any unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address, correction charge of HK$94.0 per package or a maximum of HK$273.0 per shipment may be billed to the shipper.
For Address Correction, if the package is being rerouted to a different Country, City or Province, a new shipment fee may apply.

Undeliverable / Not-yet-uplifted Package Return Charge

When consignee refuses to receive shipment, or for any other reason cannot be delivered, shipment will be held. DPEX will contact shipper for further instructions. If shipper decides to return, applicable transportation costs plus a HK$78.0 surcharge per undeliverable shipment will be billed to shipper.

Delivery Attempt Fee

DPEX will make 2 delivery attempts. An additional charge may apply for the 3rd and subsequent delivery attempts of HK$50.0 per shipment.

Storage for Undelivered Shipments

Undelivered shipments will be subjected to an extra charge of HK$125.00 or HK$2.50/kg per day, per shipment, whichever is higher, upon expiry of the holding period of 7 calendar days at the depot.

Non-Standard Shipments

HK$40.0 per package of additional handling fee will apply for odd-size shipment as below:
- Any package with the longest side over 122cm or its second longest side over 76cm
- Any package greater than 32kg of its actual weight
- Any item that is encased by a metal or wood shipping container made
- Any cylindrical item, such as a barrel or drum, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container
* For item or package with size or weight is greatly exceeding above conditions, handling fee will be quoted separately

Local Taxes and Duties

All rates exclude any taxes, duties and surcharge that may be imposed pursuant to local regulations.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Administration Fee

Shippers may apply for overseas duties and taxes and custom clearance charges to be paid by the shipper. The standard administration fee is HK$125.0 or 2% of total duties and taxes.

Customs Penalty Fee

Custom fines imposed by overseas customs authorities for incorrect or undervalued shipment declarations will be passed back to the shipper together with a Hong Kong administration fee of HK$75.0 per shipment.

Prohibited Item Fee

Shipments that are tendered to DPEX in contravention of or not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations or DPEX’s terms and conditions of service or contractual service (including, but not limited to, prohibited shipments or shipments that UPS does not accept or regularly provide service for without an exception, e.g. dangerous goods and hazardous materials) are subject to a fee of HK$1,500 per package. This fee is without prejudice and in addition to the shipper’s responsibility for all other sums that DPEX may incur and claims against DPEX resulting from the contravention or non-compliance.

Elevated Risk Surcharge

Iraq, Libya and Syria:  HK$400.0 per shipment
