FedEx Demand Surcharge from Aug 5, 2024

Starting on August 5, 2024, a Demand Surcharge will be applied to FedEx international shipments. 

In periods of high shipping volumes, increased demand for space, rising operational expenses, and other pressures on FedEx network, FedEx will impose a demand surcharge.

Effective on August 5, 2024, the Export demand charges are as follows:

• HK$ 4.3 / kg for the US
• HK$ 6.9 / kg for Europe, India, Middle East, and Africa
