Shipment customs clearance process is not included in the estimated transit time, and the customs clearance process is handled by destination customs in which is a process beyond the control of the carriers/Spaceship.
Taking into account the possibility of extended flight schedules and customs clearance times during the holiday peak season, we kindly advise users to allocate an additional buffer of approximately 1-3 working days when estimating shipping time.
For shipments plan to be shipped out before Lunar New Year Public Holiday, please have your parcels arrive at our warehouse on or before 25 Jan (Saturday)
Please note that⚠️ after the above suggested date, you will still be able to schedule shipments and create orders through online system as usual. However the parcels is likely to be processed after the Lunar New Year Public Holiday
