Shipping time may extend during holiday season, users are advised to prepare and ship out parcels as soon as possible and please take note of the reminders below
Shipment customs clearance process is not included in the estimated transit time, and the customs clearance process is handled by destination customs in which is a process beyond the control of the carriers/Spaceship.
Taking into account the possibility of extended flight schedules and customs clearance times during the holiday peak season, we kindly advise users to allocate an additional buffer of approximately 1-3 working days when estimating shipping time.
For shipments plan to be delivered before Christmas, please reference to the below dates

If you choose international courier options (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DPEX, etc.), please have your parcels arrive at our warehouse on or before 13 Dec (Friday).

If you choose economy options (e.g., Spaceship Air), please have your parcels arrive at our warehouse on or before 03 Dec (Tuesday).
