      Labels & Packing Slips

      Setup labels & packing slips

      Shipping document files are generated based on grouping option and shipping label size for printing after buying shipments.

      • Separate PDFs
        Each selected shipment's shipping document will be downloaded individually
      • Merge PDF
        Merge all selected shipments into single source of document/PDF file.
       

      Shipping Labels Size

      Select the printing size of your shipping labels. If some carrier services cannot provide thermal paper, it will generate a file for A4 size shipping labels.

      • Thermal Paper
        Width x Height: 4" x 6"
      • A4 Size
        Width x Height: 8" x 12"
       

      Label Customization

      You can decide info to be displayed on labels for optimizing fulfillment flow.

      • Order Reference
      • Product SKU

      Notice:

      💡Supported Carriers & Maximum Character Limit

      • Supported Carriers: Spaceship Air - Economy, DHL, FedEx, UPS
      • Max. Character Limit: 30

      💡 Content exceeding character limits will not appear on labels, and the display is subject to carriers.

       

      Packing Slip

      Select whether to include the packing slip when downloading the shipping documents and specify its size.

      • Not include packing slip
      • Include packing slip with A4 size
        Width x Height: 8" x 12"
