Spaceship is relocating its Parcel Processing Center from Kwai Chung to Tuen Mun to enhance operational efficiency and scalability for the upcoming peak season. The decision is driven by the need to better support shipment volumes, as our previous warehouse partner faces challenges in scaling up operations during critical periods.

Order Cut-off Time for Self-Drop Off:
Drop-off parcels must arrive before 11am for same day dispatch. Upcoming drop-off forms and labels will reflect the new location and receiver details.

The relocation will enable better handling and faster turnaround during peak periods, supporting growth and ensuring consistent logistics service.

Starting September 8, 2025, on Spaceship Pro, the delivery address for pickup orders will be updated to reflect the new center location.

For fulfilment customers, no procedural changes are needed; existing routines and dispatch commitments continue uninterrupted.
