When making an online booking for shipping at www.spaceshipapp.com/ship, the system will provide shipping service options and budget quotes based on the user's input of the shipping route, weight, package dimensions, and items details.

After shipment is picked up from shipper address, warehouse and carrier will verify the actual dimensions and weight of the package. If there is a discrepancy between details inputted online and the actual parcel dimension and weight, and adjustment in shipping fees is required, and user would be notified by emails. Users can log into their account within 3 days upon receiving the fee adjustment email, to confirm fee adjustment or request parcel return.
* For Aramex shipments ship from Hong Kong to overseas, carrier will confirm whether there is adjustment fee approximately 3-8 weeks after shipment completed delivery.
