⚠️ we currently do not support personal shipments from overseas to Hong Kong and do not support shipping sensitive items (e.g. food, liquid, powder, items with battery)
After completing online booking, user will receive an order confirmation email containing further instructions on how to prepare the package, such as writing the pickup number on the package. Shippers please follow the instructions in the email and complete the parcel preparations before the courier arrives for pickup.
