# As a personal user, how can I get a quote and book shipment online?
## Get a Free Online Shipping Quote
For personal shippers, you can get a free quote online at [https://www.spaceshipapp.com/ship/en](https://www.spaceshipapp.com/ship/en)
Based on shipping route, parcel weight, size and items details you input, the system suggest corresponding service options. You can book the option that best suits your needs
⚠️ Currently, we do not accept personal shipments from overseas to Hong Kong, and we do not handle the shipping of sensitive items such as food, liquids, powders, or items containing batteries.
After completing the online booking, the user will receive an order confirmation email with detailed instructions on preparing the package, including writing the pickup number on the package. Shippers are required to follow the instructions in the email and complete the parcel preparations before the courier arrives for pickup. If there are any questions, please contact Spaceship customer service for assistance.
