Pickup Guide

This article introduces the relevant information about scheduling pick-ups on the Spaceship platform, including scheduling pick-ups, changing pick-up times, and cancellation policies.

Cainaio Pickup

Collection Time: 12:00 - 18:00 (Mon to Fri )

Same Day Collection Cutoff Time: 12:00 (Mon to Fri) 

SF Express Pickup 

Collection Time: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon to Fri ), 09:00 - 12: 00 (Sat)

Same Day Collection Cutoff Time: 12:00 (Mon to Fri) 

Label your shipments

It is essential to clearly label each parcel for successful delivery. Depending on the courier service and the specific route, you may need to include commercial invoices. For routes that require them, Spaceship Pro will automatically generate the necessary commercial invoices. If applicable, please attach the commercial invoice, which can be downloaded from Spaceship Pro, along with any other relevant shipping documents to your shipments. If you are sending multiple parcels within a single shipment, ensure that all shipping documents are included with the first parcel of that shipment.

Overpack Your International Shipments 

International orders will initially be collected by the local courier and delivered to our parcel processing center before being transferred to the designated international courier. To ensure safe transportation, please pack your international shipments in large cartons and attach our local delivery shipment label securely. 

For local delivery shipments, the courier will collect the parcels directly from your doorstep, and overpacking is not necessary. However, if you include both domestic and international orders in the same collection box, an additional pickup fee will apply for the domestic orders. This may also affect the overall delivery lead time.

 

Changing the Pickup Time

All orders begin preparation upon online submission. Any change requests, including but not limited to changes in pickup date and time slot, pickup address, order details, etc., may result in a possible delay and an HK$38 handling fee for each amendment request.

Cancellation Policy

You may amend your order at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time slot without incurring a handling fee. We will confirm the amendment upon receipt of your request.

Please reserve sufficient time for preparing your parcel and ensure that all parcels are ready for pickup at the scheduled time slot. If parcels are not ready for pickup upon the arrival of the courier staff, a pickup fee will still be charged.

Special Handling

For palletised shipments, please inform us 24 hours in advance.

For regular pickups, we can provide this service for customers with over 50 parcels daily. Please contact our customer support for arrangements.

Change the pickup time
