# Public Holidays & Weekends Business Arrangements
## You can make online booking via Spaceship any time during public holidays and weekends, but there will be changes for the customer service support as listed below
### Customer support service hour
Mon-Fri: 930am-530pm (Hong Kong Time)
(Except Hong Kong Public Holidays)
If you have urgent inquiries during Hong Kong statutory public holidays and Saturdays and Sundays, please us leave a message, and the customer service staff will follow up and reply as soon as possible
### Hong Kong Pickup Service
Certain couriers will provide Hong Kong pickup service on Saturdays
In general and there will be no pick-up and delivery on Sunday and local public holidays
### Overseas Pickup & Delivery Service
The overseas pickup & delivery service will be subject to local arrangements, in general and there will be no pick-up on weekends and local public holidays
