Extended Area Surcharge

Remote Area Surcharge

Address Correction Surcharge

An address correction fee of HKD180 per box, in addition to a fuel surcharge published by UPS, will be applied during last mile delivery. This fee is based on the UPS invoice and will be billed accordingly for any adjustments made. It is important to note that the shipper will be responsible for this fee, regardless of who initiates the address change.

Common reasons for address corrections include inaccuracies in postal codes, missing house numbers, or absent room numbers, all of which will incur the correction fee. UPS  will automatically rectify any incorrect addresses for delivery purposes, which will also result in applicable charges.

Special Item Customs Handling Fee

• Textiles, Leather, Bags, Shoes: Additional fee of HKD 1.5/kg.
• Lighting, Glassware, Ceramics: Additional fee of HKD 1.5/kg.
• Products with Standard Tariffs Over 30%: Additional fee of HKD 1.5/kg. You can access the standard tariff information for your product by visiting this website.
• FDA Products, Wood Products, Glasses, Toys: Additional fee of HKD 2.5/kg.

Additional Line Item Surcharge

Each shipment should contain no more than 3 item names; exceeding this will incur an additional charge of HKD 55/item, with a maximum of 5 item names allowed.

Overweight Surcharge

For individual items weighing 22 kg or more, an additional surcharge of HKD 235 per item will apply. Please note that items weighing 40 kg or more cannot be accepted for shipment.

Oversize Surcharge

• For single items where the longest side measures 120 cm or more OR the second longest side measures 75 cm or more, an additional surcharge of HKD 190 per item will apply (this surcharge is cumulative). Please note that items with a longest side measuring 200 cm or more will not be accepted for shipment.
• For individual items where the total circumference (calculated as length + 2 × width + 2 × height) is 260 cm or greater, an additional surcharge of HKD 275 per item will be applied. Items measuring 320cm or longer will not be accepted for shipment.

Irregular Shape Surcharge

Only cardboard packaging is accepted; shipments must be in standard boxes that are either rectangular or square and maintain their shape. Packaging that is wrapped in film, woven bags, or secured with straps is not permitted. Any non-compliant packaging will incur an additional irregular shape charge of HKD 190 per box.
