This fee applies to the following services: - UPS Worldwide Express - UPS Worldwide Express Plus - UPS Worldwide Express Saver - UPS Worldwide Expedited #### Fee Details The IPF is a flat-rate fee billed to the freight payor for each eligible shipment to the U.S. It is designed to support the processing of inbound shipments through Express Consignment Facilities, ensuring expedited arrival processing, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. #### Why This Matters With the IPF, UPS strengthens investments in infrastructure, technology, and operations to maintain the **service reliability** and speed customers expect.
