Shipment Fee:
Shipping fees are divided into Prepaid Fee and Chargeable Weight Adjusted Fee.
Prepaid Fee: Prepaid fees are calculated by the system based on the estimated parcel information provided by the user when placing order online, including the quote date, estimated dimensions, and weight of the parcel.Chargeable Weight adjusted Fee: Once the parcel has been collected, both the warehouse and the carrier will confirm the precise dimensions and weight of the parcels. If there are any differences between the actual details and the online declaration, adjustments to fees may be necessary. Users will receive an email notification regarding any required changes.

Collection/Pickup Fee
This fee only applies to international shipments, there is no collection fee required for domestic delivery orders. For more information, please refer to the pickup cost
Courier Additional Surcharges
The courier will send the shipment invoice within 3-6 weeks after delivery and may include additional charges if applicable. These additional charges may consist of a residential delivery surcharge, remote area delivery surcharge, fees for changing recipient information, customs duties, tax handling fees, and fees for altering tax arrangements.

Reprinting Shipping Documents/ Relabelling Fee
In case the shipper does not correctly prepare the necessary shipping documents or labels for the shipment, a reprinting or relabeling fee of HKD 8 per package will apply.
Repackaging Fee
If the sender does not pack the parcel correctly, a repackaging fee of HKD 80 per package will apply.
Return Fee
The amount of a return fee varies depending on the shipment situation:

Shipper request shipment return after shipment is picked up:
As shipment is constantly on the move after being picked up, it can be challenging to intercept the parcel in transit and it is not guaranteed parcel can be intercepted. Typically, parcel can arrange return after shipment passed through customs or reached destination. All the charges triggered by return shipment will be billed back to user account, for example international return shipping fees, any applicable duties and taxes. -
Forced return by customs/carrier:
If the shipment is forcibly returned by customs or carrier, return shipping fees, any applicable duties/taxes, and any handling fees resulting from the return shipment would be billed back to user account -
Forced return due to regulated or prohibited items found in shipment:
If regulated items are found in the shipment, user need to pay an additional regulated item processing fee of HKD 85 per package, as well as the return shipping fees.If any prohibited or dangerous items are found by Spaceship, the courier, or customs, user will need to pay a minimum penalty of HKD 1,000. The pre-paid shipping cost and other associated expenses will not be refunded. It's important to note that the penalty has no maximum limit, and payment of the penalty does not exempt the user, shipper and/or receiver from any legal responsibilities related to violating international transportation regulations.
