# ZTO Express Additional Surcharge

### Delivery Surcharge
#### Redelivery Fee
If the recipient's address is found to be incorrect after customs clearance, the user has the option to redirect the package to a new valid address. The costs incurred for this redelivery will be reimbursed, along with an additional handling fee of HKD5.
### Return Fee
If customs clearance cannot be successfully completed, the package will be returned to the origin at a cost of HKD 20 per shipment, in addition to a warehouse handling fee of HKD 9 per shipment. Please note that these fees do not include local delivery charges.
For local deliveries in Hong Kong, the first kilogram is billed at HKD 30, with an additional charge of HKD 1.5 for each subsequent kilogram.
### Other Charges
#### Packing Fee
A packing fee of HKD15 will apply if a replacement of packing materials is necessary.
