2026 Chinese New Year Holiday Notice

This page highlights the operational impact during the upcoming holiday period.

In observance of the Chinese New Year, our company will have the following holiday schedule for our Hong Kong operations:

Please note the adjusted hours for our physical processing and fulfillment centers:

Parcel Processing & Warehouse:

  • February 16th: Open from 09:00 to 13:00.

    • Please ensure shipments reach our center before 10:00 AM for same-day processing. Parcels received after this time will be dispatched when we resume.

  • February 17th – 20th: Parcel processing will be suspended.

  • February 23rd: Normal operations resume.

Order Fulfillment & Processing:

  • February 16th: Open until 16:00.
  • February 17th – 19th: Operations will be suspended for the Chinese New Year holidays.
  • February 20th: Full operations will resume as normal.
