Address Correction
HKD 100.00 per shipment

Undeliverable Shipment Return
If a shipment is undelivered due to unpaid tax, regulated items, prohibited items, or other reasons, Spaceship will charge a return handling fee. Please refer to this page for the return handling fees for different situations.
Size and Weight Surcharge
Oversize Piece
An oversize charge of HKD500 per piece will be added for large items exceeding 120 cm in length. This charge applies to international shipments and does not overlap with overweight piece surcharges that may already be in place.
Overweight Piece
A surcharge of HKD900 per piece is applicable to all international shipments weighing over 70 kg, including pallets.
Non-Stackable Surcharge
A fixed surcharge of HKD 2,350 per pallet is applied to non-stackable pallets. This surcharge is for pallets that cannot be stacked due to their shape, content, or packaging material, or if requested by the shipper. Pallets weighing less than 30 kg are exempt from this surcharge. It is relevant to international shipments.
Customs Clearance Fee
Export Declaration
A fee of HKD45 per shipment is applicable for Export Declaration. This declaration is necessary for controlled commodities or shipments that surpass the value threshold or weight limit in specific countries. Shippers who submit their declaration online may be able to avoid local charges based on the origin country. Customers in Hong Kong must request this declaration before arranging for pickup.
Bonded Transit
A charge of HKD400 per shipment is applied for customs bond shipping, which is required for both export and import shipments when DHL is involved in handling any bonded transfers.
Multiline Entry
A fee of HKD45 per line is applicable for shipments with multiple commodities during the import process. Charges will be incurred if there are more than 5 lines on the customs clearance, reflecting different commodities or countries of manufacture.
Bonded Storage
A fee of HKD 100 plus HKD 2 per kilogram is applied on a daily basis per shipment. If customs are unable to release the shipment after 3 calendar days, bonded storage charges will be incurred due to inaccurate or missing paperwork. These charges commence after the freight arrival date or broker notification and are the responsibility of the duty and tax payer.
Permits and License
A fee of HKD400 per shipment is applied to assist in the process of filing licenses. To accelerate import of selected controlled commodities, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, computer monitors, laser CD players, cosmetics, eyeglasses, food and food products, DHL is required to file specific information in order to obtain the required import permits or licenses.
Clearance Processing
A fee of HKD85 per shipment is charged for shipment clearance processing in certain countries. These costs are necessary to import shipments and meet the requirements of government agencies in those selected countries.
Duty Tax Paid
DHL charges either HKD 105 or 2% of the duty and tax charges, whichever is higher, per shipment. It is applicable to DDP shipments. These charges apply whenever duties, taxes, or other regulatory fees occur, and the shipper has requested billing outside of the destination country.
If DHL advances or guarantees duties, taxes, or regulatory fees on behalf of the recipient, an administrative fee will be charged. DHL will charge a handling fee of HKD 150 per shipment or 2% of the duties and taxes, whichever is higher.
