Set Up Your Fulfillment Service with Spaceship

Connect your Shopify Store to Spaceship Pro to enable data access and synchronize your data

Step 1: Connect Shopify Store to Spaceship Pro

Kindly refer to the guidelines provided in the article titled "Connecting your store to Spaceship Pro" for detailed instructions on the setup process.

Step 2: Allow data access to Spaceship Pro

1. On Shopify Store, search Spaceship

   

2. Click Update to provide data access to Spaceship Pro.

   

Step 3: Contact Spaceship Team for fulfilment service setup

To set up the fulfilment service, users need to provide the following information to aloha@spaceshipapp.com:

- Spaceship Pro Account email

- Shopify Store Domain

Spaceship's team will assist in activating the app and setting up the warehouse location.

The setup process typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. During this time, a Spaceship Logistics Consultant will offer onboarding support to ensure a smooth setup and operations.

[Optional] Step 4: Set up SKU warehouse location

If you have SKUs managed by Spaceship's warehouse, you have the option to set up the warehouse location to manage your inventory. This step is not mandatory, but if you choose not to set it up, Spaceship Pro will automatically trigger the setup once the SKU is received at the warehouse.

Step 5: Sync Product on Spaceship Pro

Go to Products on the left menu bar.

Select the "Add Product" button located at the top right corner to continue. Upon selecting this option, you will be given three choices for importing products: "Add Product" (Manually), "Sync from Shopify," and "Import from File."

The basic data synchronization has been completed.
