Clear shipping items declaration will facilitate customs clearance. False-declaration, under-declaration, or missing declaration may lead to customs clearance issue, shipment force return, extra charges and penalty
When filling out items declaration, please describe the items in details. Please refer to the following examples.

- List the unit of item as clear as possible, e.g. Packed, Canned.
Example: Boxed Jigsaw Puzzles - If the declared object is food, try to provide the net weight of the food
Example: Bagged Potato Chips, 50 g per bag - If the goods are alcoholic beverages, please provide the alcohol concentration as clear as possible for express inspection and customs assessment
Example: Bottled Red Wine, 13.5% abv, 500mL per bottle - Please declare the material and purpose of the goods to facilitate customs inspection
Example: Women's Cotton T-shirt - If you know the item HS code, please also indicate in item description
Quantity:
Please make sure the quantity matches the unit description. For example, the description for 5 boxes of masks should be Boxed Masks (50 pcs per box) and the quantity is 5.
Amount declared:
- If the declared item is second-hand, the declared value amount can be depreciated at a reasonable extent.
- Please declare the value of the item as accurately as possible. Customs may request shipper/ receiver for item proof of purchase to check item value
