If your UPS shipment incurs duties or import charges, and UPS provides the option to pay these charges online, you can follow the steps below to pay the relevant fees online and expedite the process.
Step 1 Track Your Package on the UPS Website
Please visit the official UPS website and enter the tracking number.
If import charges are applicable to your shipment and UPS offers the online payment option, the status above will display "Pay Now" in blue font. Simply click on "Pay Now" to proceed to the Import Charges Details page.
You can also access the UPS website using the link provided in the SMS message, which will be displayed as shown below:
At this point, customers can follow the instructions on the image to access the Import Charges Details.
After reviewing the details, please remember to click on "Continue as a guest" to proceed to the payment page.
Step 2 Review Import Charges Details
Please review the Import Charges Details and the total amount marked in the blue box. After reviewing, click on "Continue" to proceed to the payment details page.
Step 3 Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred "Payment Method" and "Payment Type" according to the steps provided.
Step 4 Provide Billing Details
Fill in your credit card information and provide the billing address.
⚠️The billing address should only accept addresses within the destination country.
Step 5 Continue the checkout process
Click “Continue” to next step
Step 6 Download the proof of payment
Payment has been successfully processed. Please take a screenshot of this screen or click "Print Receipt" to save it as a PDF file, which can serve as proof of payment for the carrier to verify during parcel delivery.
