Delivery Surcharge
Redelivery and Return Fee
Ninja Van provides three attempts for delivery. If redelivery or a return arrangement is necessary, it will incur a fee equivalent to a new shipment.

| Singapore | The fee for the first 2 kg is HKD32, with an additional charge of HKD3 for every extra kilogram. |
| Malaysia |
The fee for the first 2 kg is HKD36, with an additional charge of HKD20 for every extra kilogram. |
| Philipines | The fee for the first 2 kg is HKD32, with an additional charge of HKD3 for every extra kilogram. |
| Vietnam | The fee for the first 2 kg is HKD32, with an additional charge of HKD3 for every extra kilogram. |
Storage Fee
A storage fee will be applied if a shipment remains at the Ninja local warehouse for more than 14 days. This situation may arise when a shipment cannot be delivered and is pending further instructions from the shipper. The fee is assessed at a rate of HKD1 per day for each parcel.
Listing Fee/Restocking Fee
A listing fee or restocking fee at HKD1 per parcel will be charged when a shipment has undergone three free delivery attempts and must be returned to the local warehouse for further instructions. The courier will securely store your item to ensure its safety before deciding on the next course of action, such as destruction, redelivery, or return.
Labeling Fee
A labeling fee of HKD5 will be charged for any requests to change shipment labels, including corrections to contact information or address details.
Other Charges
Packing Fee
A packing fee of HKD10 will apply if a replacement of packing materials is necessary.
