⚠️Notice before Shipping
(1) When booking shipment online, please book FedEx/UPS, other service options do not accept items with batteries
(2) Please follow the guidelines below to declare and prepare the parcels.
(3) Since different regulations for battery items in every country, the below instructions are ONLY applicable to those able to import such items. Although some countries allow to import them, they still have very strict regulations on quantity and specification.
(4) If you don't know the destination customs policy on battery item, please directly contact Spaceship customer service agent for further help to avoid clearance issues such as importation declined, clearance delay, and returning.
(5) If you choose FedEx or UPS to ship items with batteries, please complete and print out the following battery declaration form
(UPS service does not need to complete the extra battery declaration form)

⚠️ Batteries alone, power banks are classified as prohibited items and CANNOT be shipped
Common items with batteries that can be shipped with Batteries
- Computer Products: Computer, Tablet, Smartphone, Laptops
- Clock & watches
- Apple products, e.g. Macbook, ipad, iPhone etc.
- Gaming Console: Switch, PS5, Xbox etc.
- Beauty devices: hair removal device, facial cleansing device, skin rejuvenation device etc.
- Household items: massage device, rice cookers, fans, LED lights, etc.
- Photographic products: cameras, aerial photography drones etc.
If Spaceship/ carrier/ customs authorities found any regulated items inside shipments but client did not declare shipping items properly or did not prepare the package as required, the client will be charged an additional regulated items handling fee of HKD 85 per package, as well as the return shipping costs.
If Spaceship/ carrier/ customs authorities found any prohibited items inside shipments, the sender will be liable for any additional charges, fines, or administrative fees incurred as a result of violating the prohibited items policy, and the order made will not be refunded.
If you ship 1-2 electronic products in the same parcel, and the net battery weight is less than 5kg
- The parcel should contain no more than 2 batteries with total battery capacity no more than 100 WH (Watt/Hour)
- The battery needs to be installed inside the item equipment and cannot be sent separately
- Remember to seal the package with non-conductive materials (such as plastic bags), put it in a solid outer box, and fill the inner space with sufficient protection materials such as bubble wrap.
- When book a shipment online, please fill in the name of electronic product and mark the lithium battery type in the "Items to declare" column
(Example: Apple iPhone13 Smartphone, P.I. 967-II) - If you have the data for total battery capacity , please add this remark with the name of electronic product and the lithium battery type in the "Items to declare" column
(Example: Apple iPhone13 Smartphone, 15.4 WH, P.I. 967-II)
If you ship more than 2 electronic products in the same parcel, and the net battery weight is less than 5kg
- The battery needs to be installed in the item device and cannot be sent separately with total battery capacity no more than 100 WH (Watt/Hour)
- Remember to seal and pack electronic products with non-conductive materials (such as plastic bags), put them in a solid outer box, and fill the inner space with sufficient protection materials such as bubble wrap.
- When book a shipment online, please fill in the name of electronic product and mark the lithium battery type in the "Items to declare" column
(Example: Apple iPhone13 Smartphone, P.I. 967-II) - If you have the data for total battery capacity , please add this remark with the name of electronic product and the lithium battery type in the "Items to declare" column

⚠️(Attention) If the package contains more than 2 batteries, you need to ensure that the UN3481 or UN 3091 lithium battery mark is attached on the outer box, and write the sender's contact number and battery information on the mark.
- If the package contains a removable lithium-ion battery, which is placed with the device in the parcel (eg: Samsung, LG mobile phone), please print PI966-II.
- If the package contains non-removable lithium-ion batteries (eg iPhone), please print PI967-II
- If the package contains non-removable lithium-metal batteries (eg forehead/ear thermometer, car remote key), please print PI970-II
Shipper please print the above lithium-ion battery mark in color, fill in the sender's contact number, and stick it flat on the outer box of the parcel carton
