      Re-Delivery Fee

      Customers have a 10-day window from the date they are notified about the return of their package to request re-delivery. If they do not respond within this timeframe, the package will be automatically destroyed.

      United States and Italy Remote Area Surcharge

      This surcharge can be quoted on Spaceship Pro given the correct postal code is provided.

      Japan Remote Area Surcharge

      An additional fee of HKD 105 per parcel will be applied for shipments to Okinawa, Hokkaido, Island. For remote are postal codes, please refer to this link. 

      Re-Delivery Fee

      Customers have a 10-day window from the date they are notified about the return of their package to request re-delivery. If they do not respond within this timeframe, the package will be automatically destroyed. The estimated lead time for re-delivery is generally between 7 to 21 days.

      1. UK, US re-delivery fee: HKD47/parcel
      2. Canada re-delivery fee: HKD96/parcel for the first 1KG, HKD16/parcel for the next 1KG, rounded up per KG
      3. Singapore, Brazil re-delivery fee: HKD70/parcel
      4. Mexico re-delivery fee: HKD29/parcel
      5. Norway re-delivery fee: HKD100/parcel
      6. Other countries re-delivery fee: HKD58/parcel
      7. Malta / Cyprus / Switzerland / Slovenia / Croatia: Re-delivery service is not available
      8. Israel re-delivery fee: HKD58/parcel
      9. United Arab Emirates re-delivery fee: For shipments weighing between 0 and 5 kg, the re-delivery fee is HKD 31 per shipment. For shipments exceeding 5 kg, an additional charge of HKD 8 per kilogram will apply.
      10. Saudi Arabia re-delivery fee: For shipments weighing between 0 and 5 kg, the re-delivery fee is HKD 66 per shipment. For packages exceeding 5 kg, an additional charge of HKD 8 per kilogram will be applied. 
      11. Turkey re-delivery fee: Customers have a re-delivery window of 7 days from the date they are notified about the return of their package. The fee for re-dispatch is HKD 35 per shipment.

      Spaceship Air Southeast Asia:

      If a parcel is not successfully delivered, return and redelivery options are available for selected zones in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Returns typically take around 15-22 working days, while redelivery can be completed in 2-11 working days, depending on the postal code.

      Customs Clearance Fee

      IOSS Handling fee

      For shipment without an IOSS number, an administration fee is charged at 2% of the declared value. Please refer to this link for EU VAT.

      Australia Formal Customs Clearance Fee

      More than 1000 AUD requires formal customs clearance, customs clearance fee HKD600/consignee, and the actual reimbursement of import tariff service tax.

      Duty and Tax Handling Fee

      United States:

      Beginning Apr 18, 2025, shipments sent via Spaceship Air Economy (Tax-Inclusive) and Spaceship Air Premium (Tax-Inclusive) to the United States will include tax to cover the increased tax and processing expenses resulting from recent changes in U.S. import tariff regulations. 

      Other Destinations:

      For shipments under Spaceship Air Priority, Economy, Cosmetics, and Standard services, a handling fee of 2% will be applied to countries where taxes are required, based on the declared value of the shipment. 

      For shipments under Spaceship Air Southeast Asia, a handling fee of either SGD 5 or 2.5% of the duty and tax amount will be charged, depending on which is higher.

      Malaysia Additional Clearance Fee 

      For shipments to Malaysia, any parcels with an order value exceeding MYR 500 will incur an additional clearance fee (K1) of USD 0.10 per parcel, related to Malaysia Import Clearance.

      Israel Additional Clearance Fee 

      The rate of inspection for products related to wireless signals and automotive accessories is exceptionally high. Parcels that are not cleared by customs within three days of their arrival at the destination may incur warehousing charges. Additionally, packages that undergo inspection could also be subject to these charges. Taxes may apply based on the declared value of the goods. As a result, Spaceship reserves the right to pass on any warehousing fees and applicable taxes to senders. Please note that the criteria for these charges are based on actual costs and may not always be accompanied by supporting documentation.

      Turkey Additional Clearance Fee 

      Customs duties will be charged at a rate of 60% of the declared value, in addition to a handling fee of 2% of the declared value.

      If goods are inspected and held by Turkish Customs, the recipient must assist in providing the necessary information for customs clearance. Once the customs clearance process is completed, a storage fee of HKD 256 per shipment will be applied. Should the goods remain unreleased for more than 21 days, they will be considered abandoned and destroyed, resulting in an additional warehouse fee of HKD 160 per shipment. All processing fees, along with any miscellaneous charges, penalties, and taxes, will be the responsibility of the sender.

      Saudi Arabia Additional Clearance Fee 

      A 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied based on the declared value of the parcel. In accordance with the latest Saudi Arabian customs regulations, a customs processing fee of HKD 38 per shipment will also be charged. Each recipient is limited to a maximum of two shipments per day, and no more than 3 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) can be included in a single shipment. If these limits are exceeded, the shipment may be classified as a commercial shipment by customs, which could lead to complications in customs clearance and necessitate the return of the parcel at a higher cost. Any additional costs or losses incurred due to exceeding these limits or failure to report them will be the responsibility of the customer.
