1.   When will the system reflect new rates?
   • Our quotation is live and will be immediately effective when the courier applies the new prices.
2. Can you send us the quotation in Excel?
   • The batch quotation will be available once the courier's new rates take effect. Please email our business team for an updated quote.
3. Will my shipment cost be adjusted if it is shipped after the effective date?
   • Yes, the rate is based on the ship date, not the pickup or creation date.
