-
From September 28, 2025, shipments from Europe and India to Australia and India, as well as worldwide shipments from India, will be impacted.
-
Phased implementation continues:
-
October 12, 2025: Asia Pacific region, plus China Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR to Australia.
-
October 26, 2025: United States to Asia Pacific region.
-
-
Surge Fee will apply based on the billable weight of each shipment, and is separate from Fuel Surcharge.
-
UPS advises customers to monitor market updates and check official rates for the latest information prior to shipping.
💡Recommendations:
To optimize shipping costs, consider using the shipping automation rule and carrier group features in Spaceship Pro. By creating a carrier group that includes both FedEx and UPS, automation rules can be set to automatically compare available rates and select the cheapest carrier for each shipment. This approach saves time, increases efficiency, and helps ensure that every order ships at the best possible price
