Ninja Van Service Update: Hong Kong to Singapore and Malaysia

Ninja Van will stop accepting Hong Kong–Singapore and Hong Kong–Malaysia orders from 29 October 2026. Explore alternative shipping options to keep your deliveries moving.

We received short notice from Ninja Van today that it is restructuring its Hong Kong warehouse operations. As a result, Ninja Van will stop accepting orders for the following routes from 29 October 2026:

  • Hong Kong → Singapore
  • Hong Kong → Malaysia

We understand that this last-minute change may disrupt your shipping arrangements. Please use an alternative shipping service for new orders on these routes.

Alternative shipping options

The following alternatives can be considered, subject to service availability, shipment requirements and destination coverage:

UPS Singapore and Malaysia Competitive pricing for both destinations. Strict customs-clearance requirements apply, so please ensure shipment declarations and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
FedEx Singapore and Malaysia A reliable delivery option. FedEx FICP shipments to Singapore are primarily delivered to lockers for collection. Strict customs-clearance requirements apply, so please ensure shipment declarations and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Hongkong Post Singapore and Malaysia A good option for eligible sensitive items, subject to acceptance restrictions. Tracking updates are limited.  Available on a DAP basis only.
SF Express Singapore and Malaysia An alternative shipping option. Please check destination coverage, shipment eligibility and available rates before booking.
DPEX Singapore and Malaysia Another economy shipping option for both destinations.. Please check available services, shipment requirements and rates before booking.
Aramex Singapore and Malaysia Competitive pricing. Available on a DAP basis only; DDP is not available.
Spaceship Air Singapore only An economy option with a smoother customs-clearance process. Available to Singapore only, not Malaysia. 

 

What should you do now?

  • New orders: Select an alternative service for shipments to Singapore or Malaysia from 28 October 2026.
  • Orders already created but not yet handed over: Contact our support team before sending parcels to Ninja Van so we can confirm the appropriate next steps.
  • Shipments already handed over: 

    We will continue dispatching shipments to Ninja Van until 28 Oct 2026. Any Ninja Van shipments arriving at our parcel processing centre from tomorrow onwards will be intercepted. We can then arrange to return your parcels or relabel them for an alternative courier, according to your instructions.

  • When switching services: Check the shipping rate, estimated transit time, parcel restrictions and duties-and-taxes arrangement before confirming your booking.
