Changing the Pickup Time
All orders begin preparation upon online submission. Any change requests, including but not limited to changes in pickup date and time slot, pickup address, order details, etc., may result in a possible delay and an HK$38 handling fee for each amendment request.
Cancellation Policy
You may amend your order at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time slot without incurring a handling fee. We will confirm the amendment upon receipt of your request.
Please reserve sufficient time for preparing your parcel and ensure that all parcels are ready for pickup at the scheduled time slot. If parcels are not ready for pickup upon the arrival of the courier staff, a pickup fee will still be charged.
Special Handling
For palletised shipments, please inform us 24 hours in advance.
For regular pickups, we can provide this service for customers with over 50 parcels daily. Please contact our customer support for arrangements.
