Spaceship Air Cosmetics offers a seamless and efficient shipping experience specifically designed for cosmetic liquids, powders, and paste product to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and European Union Countries.  The list of accepted products is extensive and includes essential oils, toner, lotion, facial masks, makeup removers, and much more. Whether it's skincare essentials or makeup must-haves, Spaceship Air has got you covered.

Acceptance Rules:

  1. Proper ingredient labels: We only accept cosmetic liquids, powders, and paste products that have proper ingredient labels. We do not accept liquids and powders without any ingredient information.
  2. Proper packaging: All liquid, paste, and fragile products must be securely packed in cartons and filled with appropriate fillers to prevent leakage or damage during handling and transportation.
  3. Dangerous goods, battery product and prohibited items are not accepted: Cosmetic include nail polish, perfume, product with alcohol, product in spray are not accepted. This service does not accept products with batteries, pure batteries,  prohibited items. For a comprehensive list of prohibited products, please refer to the prohibited item list.
  4. List of accepted product: essential oils, toner, lotion, facial mask, eye mask, eyeliner, pre-makeup essence, makeup remover, facial cleanser, sunscreen lotion, mascara, face cream, eye cream, concealer, aloe vera gel, BB cream, liquid foundation, makeup primer, shampoo, bath lotion, body lotion, conditioner, hair mask, lip gloss, lip glaze, lipstick, lip balm, eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, eyebrow powder, eye shadow, loose powder, powder, highlighter, blush, soap, and more.
  5. Maximum 500ml liquid volume: The total volume of liquid products in a single parcel should not exceed 500ml.

Chargeable Weight

Spaceship will charge based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = W x L x H/8000 for most destinations. 

There are some exceptional countries that have different volumetric weight calculations. In Canada and New Zealand, the volumetric weight is determined by the formula W x L x H/6000.

Spaceship will charge based on the nearest 10g (rounded-up).

Only the following 4 cities can accept packstation address: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow;Packstation maximum size and weight limit: 60x35x40cm and 25KG

Canada DDP only,If the declared value exceeds 20CAD (equivalent to approximately USD15.5), Spaceship will apply a DDP charge based on 10% of the declared value plus a 2% handling fee. If you are declaring goods with a value exceeding 20CAD, it is important to provide detailed information about the material of the product. For example, if you are shipping plastic toys, make sure to mention it in the declared product name. This is necessary because if the material is not specified, the post office will not be able to calculate the tariffs accurately. Failure to provide this information may result in delays in the transfer of your goods.
Australia DDP only. Formal customs clearance fees are required for mail items valued over 1000 Australian dollars.
New Zealand  DDP only. Formal customs clearance fees are required for mail items valued over 1000 New Zealand dollars.
United Kingdom DDP only
Noway As per the customs policy in Norway, starting from January 1st, 2024, taxes and fees must be declared using the VOEC number registered locally in Norway. It is important to note that packages with a declared value of 3000 NOK or higher (approximately 250 euros/265 US dollars) will not be accepted. In such cases, the customer is solely responsible for any additional costs and abnormal customs clearance resulting from incorrect VOEC information provided by the customer.
Switzerland Starting from January 1st, 2024, Swiss Customs will make adjustments to the taxable value and VAT rate. It is important to note that the total declared value of packages sent to the same recipient should not exceed 62 Swiss francs per day (equivalent to approximately 66 USD). In case the cumulative declaration exceeds or equals 62 Swiss francs, the customer will be required to pay the VAT at a rate of 8.1%. Additionally, customs duties will be determined by the customs.
European Union Countries IOSS number is required.  In case the IOSS number is not provided, the shipment will be on DDP term with an IOSS 2% handling fee.  

**If the recipient's name and address are the same, and the total declared value of the package on that day exceeds the tax-free threshold, our company will collect the additional tax that is generated.

**MSDS should be provided upon request.

 

 Undeliverable Arrangement

If parcel is not successfully delivered, return to shipper service will not be provided. 

The redelivery period is 10 days from the date when the customer is notified of the return of the package, the customer can choose to re-delivery at additional cost within 10 days; if there is no reply within 10 days, the package will be destroyed by default.
